Rent a scooter to ride around Santa Fe or a motorcycle to cruise on the beautiful New Mexico roads. Centaur Cycles & Scooters is now renting scooters and motorcycles!! Treat yourself to a unique motorcycling experience that can best be described as sport cruising. Tour the Southwest on one of our specially prepared Hyosung Avitars. This is the bike Motorcycle News called “Simply the best performing and best equipped middleweight cruiser around.” And motorcycle.com said “The Hyosung’s sophisticated frame and motor are so superior to (other) bikes that it’s almost unfair to compare them” and “even the larger displacement (bikes up to 900cc) can’t touch this bike in performance and features.” Our Avitars are fully equipped with a custom seat, windshield, engine guard, luggage rack and passenger backrest.
It's ALWAYS easy to park a scooter, even in downtown Santa Fe. It's way fun to wander around Santa Fe and its environs on a scooter.
And Northern New Mexico has some of the most splendid riding with the nicest weather anywhere. Travellling through the mountains on a good handling motorcycle is a highly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Hyosung Sense 50: It'll be fun for you to wander around the Santa Fe plaza and Canyon road with this little sweetheart. Her top speed is 30 mph with a reliable 49cc 2-stroke engine. Since she has an automatic transmission, she's easy to ride, easy to handle, easy to park and she has storage under the seat.

Kymco Agility 125: You're going to have a lovely time exploring Santa Fe and its environs on this 125cc scooter. This is a neat little creature, nimble and quick. Its top speed is 55 mph. It has a quiet 4-stroke engine, automatic transmission and Kymco quality. It's easy to ride, easy to handle, easy to park and it has storage under the seat.

Northern New Mexico has some of the most beautiful roads to be found in the United States. It is simply wonderful to ride them on a motorcycle.
Explore the Santa Fe Plaza area on your scooter. Here's the Palace of the Governors which forms one side of the Plaza. It is now a history museum. Native Americans sit in the shade of its portal every day selling their wares.
And here's the St Francis cathedral built by Bishop Lamy of "Death Comes for the Archbishop" fame. It's just one block off the Santa Fe Plaza.
There are more rainbows to be seen in Northern New Mexico than we've ever seen anywhere.
Here is some of the magnificent red rock around the Abiquiu area where Georgia Okeefe lived and worked.
Bright yellow cow pen daisies bloom profusely in the fall which provides some of the most delightful riding weather you can enjoy anywhere.
Taos Pueblo is a beautiful one day ride from Santa Fe following wonderful mountain roads.
Here's the lovely Chama River you'll see curving spectacularly as you ride past.
